Light‐Activatable Liquid Metal Immunostimulants for Cancer Nanotheranostics

Gallium-based liquid metal (LM) nanoparticles are among the most promising nanoscale materials for biomedicinal applications because of their outstanding physicochemical properties, including unique flexibility, easy surface modification, excellent photothermal conversion efficiency, and high biocompatibility. Further exploration modification remote-controlling performances LM with functional bioactive molecules development an innovative treatment modality diseases is challenging. Herein, it reported that near-infrared (NIR) light-activatable nanoparticle, which functionalized immunological activators T dendritic cells, can work as highly immunogenic photo-exothermic stimulants cancer treatment. The synthesized nanostimulant, has low toxicity, powerful property, features, effectively eliminate spheroids, colorectal tumors in living mice under NIR laser illumination. Moreover, fluorescent nanostimulant express strong fluorescence a reporter agent to identify targeted optical diagnosis. Therefore, such smart represents way toward combination immunotheranostics.
